When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred local bank account details (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must notify sad234 immediately of any changes.
You may hold only one Account with sad234. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any associated Funds or bonuses. sad234 employs advanced fraud-detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals.
If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sad234 customer support immediately at [email protected]. sad234 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.
Important: sad234 enforces strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to provide government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard industry practice designed to prevent fraud and money laundering.
sad234 supports a variety of deposit methods tailored to the Indonesian market, including instant bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, as well as e-wallet deposits through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Member tier. Standard minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, although individual transaction limits may apply based on your bank or e-wallet provider's policies.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to two hours. sad234 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

sad234 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in compliance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal request can be processed. This policy is designed to prevent the platform from being used as a conduit for money laundering or other illicit financial activity.
We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to suspend or terminate Accounts where we have reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
sad234 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (also known as rollover or turnover requirements), game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 100% deposit match bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 500,000 deposit means you must place bets totalling Rp 5,000,000 (10 × Rp 500,000) before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
Bonuses are typically credited automatically upon qualifying deposit or action. You may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting customer support before making a deposit. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, arbitrage betting, or collusion, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to Account closure.
sad234 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Full bonus terms and conditions are available on the promotions page and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.
All bets placed on sad234 must be made using Funds available in your Account. You may not place bets in excess of your available balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds are correct before confirming the bet.
sad234 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or arbitrage betting. In the event that a bet is rejected after funds have been deducted, the stake will be refunded to your Account immediately.
Odds displayed on the sad234 platform are subject to change in real time based on market conditions. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is placed, not the odds displayed at the time of selection. For live (in-play) betting, odds may fluctuate rapidly, and there may be delays of a few seconds between the actual event and the odds update on the platform.
Different betting markets have specific settlement rules. For football (soccer) betting, bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time), unless otherwise stated. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and golden goal rules do not count unless explicitly included in the market description. For togel draws, results are based on the official draw announcement published by the relevant lottery authority. For sabung ayam, settlement follows the official referee decision (Meron win, Wala win, or Draw).
In the event that a sporting fixture or game is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes refunded, depending on the specific circumstances and the official rules of the relevant sport or game. If a match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original start time, bets will typically stand; if rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided.
sad234 reserves the right to void bets if we determine that the result of an event has been affected by match-fixing, fraud, or other forms of corruption, or if a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being offered.
sad234 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable betting environment for all Members. We recognise that for a small minority of users, gambling can become problematic, and we offer a range of tools to help you stay in control.
You may set voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits directly from your Account dashboard. These limits are designed to help you manage your spending and playing time. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours, although you may reduce or remove limits immediately.
If you feel that you need a break from gambling, you may request a temporary self-exclusion period (also known as a "cooling-off" period) of 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your Account, place bets, or claim bonuses. sad234 makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Platform or Services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.5% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.
In no event shall sad234's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount of Funds deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials displayed on the sad234 platform are the exclusive property of sad234 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Website without the prior written consent of sad234. Unauthorised use of sad234 intellectual property may result in legal action and Account termination.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sad234 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, you may escalate the matter to our complaints procedure by submitting a formal written complaint.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Funds in your Account. Accounts with a zero balance for a period of 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant and closed automatically.
sad234 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. In the event of Account termination for breach of Terms, any remaining Funds and bonuses may be forfeited.
